Chris Malloy and "Voyage of the Cormorant" author, Christian Beamish, produced a video response to the 140,000 gallon oil spill that stained the Santa Barbara coastline -- their home -- on May 19, 2015. As clean-up efforts continue, many questions and a sense of frustration remain.
